If what the daughter of Uncle Luther "Me So Horny" Campbell said about him is true, that ni&&a ain't $hit! From my imaginary family at Rhymes with Snitch, apparently Luke delivered thousands of overdue child support money IN PENNIES...that's right, pennies. R.I.P. Nick Ashford

Thanks to Torrey Davis I found the sad news of the passing of a legend in the R&B game, Nick Ashford. As the Ashford of Ashford & Simpson who were best known for their 80's hit "Solid as a Rock", the duo also co-penned Diana Ross's smash hit, "Reach Out and Touch (Somebody's Hand)".

I grew up with this as my favorite Ashford & Simpson song. Click and get your life!

R.I.P. Bubba Smith. Best known for his role as "Moses Hightower" in the Police Academy movie series, Bubba Smith played in the "Game of the Century", was the #1 NFL pick in 1967, and played a Super Bowl-winning NFL career with the Colts who traded him to the Oakland Raiders.

Just Stop Already, Please!

Between the 50 or so women on the seven or eight "Real Housewives" series, "Love and Hip Hop", and "Basketball Wives", not even half of them is even a wife!! For that reason alone, in the wake of the latest debaucle "wife" oriented reality show "Basketball Wives LA, JUST STOP ALREADY. The least TV execs can do is not call it anything "wife" related.
